What is KYC?
KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It is a process for us to verify the customer’s identity, suitability, and risks involved before commencement of deal. In compliance with MAS regulations and guidelines put forward by AML/CFT, all customers of Ecurrencyzone.com must pass our KYC process before they can trade with us.
What are the Payment Modes accepted?
We accept Bank Transfer and Cash Payment at our office. Do note that for Bank Transfer, we only accept customer with Singapore Bank Account. We do not accept Paynow, Cheque, Credit Cards or Cashier Order.
How do I proceed to Buy with Face to Face Cash Deal?
Face to Face deal is by appointment only. Bring along Cash, your Photo ID for KYC and also Withdrawal Slip (if possible). Please drop us a Whatsapp or Contact +65-62204548 to start the process. You can find our office address here.
How do I proceed to Buy with Bank transfer?
Please note that Bank Transfer rates are higher, and we only accept customer with Singapore Bank Account. Whatsapp or Contact +65-62204548 for further details.
Can I buy Crypto on behalf of someone and you transfer to his/her wallet?
We do not accept 3rd party payment or transfer as it goes again our AML policy.
Are the rates given at the site latest?
Rates are estimated as they depend on Supply and Forex Market conditions. We do our best to update our site to the latest rates few times a day. Every order is replied manually with a final quote.
I am a repeat customer and I did Bank Transfer previously. Can I deposit to the same bank account for my current order?
Strictly NOT Allowed. We allocate Bank Account for every order manually. If you deposit to our Bank Account without asking us, we will forfeit your funds.
How can I buy/sell other Tokens that are not listed in your Platform?
Drop us a Whatsapp on the Token and Amount you wish to buy/sell and we will get back to you.
